CONTEST RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Contest is not valid where prohibited by law. Please see the “Eligibility” section for more details. Your participation in this contest implies full and complete acceptance of the contest rules.

The Contest Organizers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this contest in whole or in part in the occurrence of an event, an error or human intervention resulting in the corruption of the results or affecting the administration, security, impartiality or conduct of the competition as provided for in these rules. This contest is subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec, if required. All monetary statements are in Canadian dollars, unless otherwise indicated.

  1. CONTEST DURATION – (see contest dates on the official announcement) The contest always ends at noon on the closing date.
  2. HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST – The prize will be drawn from the subscribers and fans of IRIS Ophthalmology Clinic’s Facebook AND/OR Instagram page who have participated, following the participation guidelines.
  3. DESIGNATION OF THE WINNER – On the day of the draw, at the Contest Organizers’ office, a random selection of an entry will be made to determine the winner. The winner will be contacted via private message from the IRIS Ophthalmology Clinic’s account, and their name will be displayed on the Iris Ophthalmology Clinic page.
  4. PRIZE DESCRIPTION – The prize is stated in the publication. This prize is not exchangeable or refundable.
  5. ELIGIBILITY – The contest is open to residents of Quebec only, aged 18 and over. Employees, agents and representatives of the Contest Organizers, their sponsor IRIS, their affiliated companies and agencies, their advertising and promotion agencies, partners, suppliers of prizes, materials and services related to this are excluded. competition or any other stakeholder directly related to the holding of this competition.

  7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

    5. The refusal of a person selected at random to accept a prize under the terms of these rules releases the Contest Organizers from any obligation related to this prize towards that person.

Any person selected releases the Contest Organizers, their IRIS sponsor, their respective affiliates and divisions and any other legal person of their respective corporate group, their advertising and promotion agencies, their shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives (hereinafter referred to as the “Beneficiaries”) of any liability in relation to any damage it may suffer as a result of the acceptance or use of its prize. To be declared a winner and prior to obtaining their prize, any person selected agrees to sign a Declaration Form to this effect, if required.

The Beneficiaries are released from any responsibility relative to the malfunction of any computer component, any software, or any communication line, relative to any faulty, incomplete, incomprehensible, or erased transmission by any computer or any network, and which may limit the possibility or prevent any person from participating in the competition.
