Optometrist
Dr. Nadia-Marie Quesnel, optometrist graduated from the University of Montreal in 1978, then she obtained a master’s degree in physiological optics in 1995. After having been in charge of clinical training from 1980 to 1999, Dr. Quesnel became a professor at the School of Optometry of the University of Montreal from 1999. Since 2004, she has been teaching the notions of co-management in refractive surgery and cataract surgery to students of the School of Optometry and to optometrists in practice.
Dr. Quesnel has worked at the IRIS Ophthalmology Clinic since 2004. In her role as Scientific Director, she conducts clinical studies on the refractive results and satisfaction of patients operated on at the IRIS Ophthalmology Clinic. These studies are presented at ESCRS and ASCRS congresses in Europe and the United States.
